Chattanooga, TN — Johnson Development is pleased to announce the acquisition of two medical office buildings on the campus of Erlanger East.  The sale of the buildings was the first step in a multi-phase growth plan for Erlanger East.  The next phase is a new state-of-the-art emergency department and additional operating rooms to serve the growing population of northeast Chattanooga.

As a trusted partner of Erlanger, Johnson Development was also engaged to develop a 35,000 square foot one story wellness center operated by Erlanger Health System on Volkswagen Drive.  Construction began in the spring of 2011 as the first group of cars were rolling off the new Volkswagen plant across the street and was completed in October of 2011 in time for Volkswagen Chattanooga to host the top 250 executives from worldwide Volkswagen Group.
