February saw our team and partners initiate the first stages of site preparation for the new medical office building on the campus of Memorial Health in Savannah, Georgia. This $35M facility will be adjacent to Children’s Hospital of Savannah and will house pediatric specialists. The project is a partnership with Healthpeak Properties, Inc. and HCA Healthcare.
