30 Years of Johnson

    James Milton Johnson founds the company to provide Development and Property Management services to physicians and hospitals.

  • 1996

    Project deliveries surpass $100 million.

  • 2007

    The firm expands to include Advisory Services.

  • 2008

    The firm surpasses $500 million in projects delivered.

  • 2012

    The Federal division is launched.

  • 2017

    The Project Management service line is started as the firm surpasses $1 billion in projects delivered.

  • 2020

    The firm completes its 100th project and begins its first engagement in South America.

  • 2021
