James Milton
As Chairman, Mr. Johnson manages the Company’s executive leadership team, leading the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Company. In addition, he provides insight and resources to all investment activities.
Milton R.
Milton R. Johnson serves as President and Chief Investment Officer for Johnson where he is responsible for overall firm management with a focus on operations. In addition, Milton also manages firm risks and investments, while providing oversight to healthcare and federal healthcare project development teams. He is also responsible for driving and implementing firm strategy.
Perry T.
Mr. White is a Principal of the Company and serves as the Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for the strategic growth of the firm as well as ensuring the quality and efficiency of all client services. As a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, he has shared oversight of the company’s overall operating performance and strategic direction. He is also a member of the company’s Investment Committee.
Derek L.
Derek Weaver joined Johnson in March of 2012 as Senior Vice President of Federal Property Development. In that role, he leads pursuit and development initiatives related to our work with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs and other federal government users.
Gary
Mr. Wilkinson joined Johnson Development in January of 2017 as a Senior Vice President of the Project Management service line. Prior to joining Johnson, Wilkinson was with the Healthcare Group of CBRE as the Director of Facilities Activation Services. Wilkinson spent 11 years with KLMK prior to its being acquired by CBRE. In his current role, Mr. Wilkinson is responsible for the delivery of project management and transition services to hospitals and health systems.
Heather
Mrs. Hall works with Johnson’s Project Management team to collaborate between clinical, architectural, and project management groups to efficiently integrate the necessary technology, tools, and processes into new facilities. She also ensures the clinician’s voice is included throughout the design and activation process, while also identifying gaps and barriers in their workflow processes, so clinicians can continue delivering excellent, efficient, evidence-based care upon “Go Live.”
Mary Margaret
Ms. Relfe serves as Vice President of Operations for the Company with responsibility of oversight of the property management team, as well as, developing and maintaining relationships with the owners, managers and tenants of the properties that we manage. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining processes and ensuring the services provided to our clients are efficient and effective.
Mike
Mr. Davis joined Johnson in 2021 as Senior Vice President. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and leading development and acquisition opportunities, as well as deal structuring, entitlements, financing, and managing ground-up development projects from inception to occupancy. Mr. Davis leads our Chicago office, where he directs advisory, development, and capital markets engagements with our clients.
Michael
Michael Barksdale is a Vice President of Project Management with Johnson. As the lead for project management services in the Texas/Southwest markets, Michael will have overall project oversight for Johnson in the Texas and Southwest markets and is responsible for the overall budget, schedule, and project team performance. Michael has 16+ years of experience in managing complex inpatient healthcare projects for clients throughout the southern United States.
Josh
As Vice President of Asset Management, Josh is responsible for all portfolio and property accounting, budgeting and reporting. In addition, he provides corporate-level financial management, service and analysis across all service lines.
