Say hello to Grayson Scott, who joins us in Birmingham!
Grayson comes to Johnson with a background in operations, process improvement, and cross-functional project work. Most recently, she improved operations and processes with Michelin Connected Fleet, identifying opportunities, establishing workflows, and supporting organizational alignment.
As Operations Coordinator, Grayson will support the systems, processes, and teams behind Johnson’s growing service lines, bringing a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to the work happening across the company.
