In August, our development team joined MEMORIAL HEALTH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER INC, HCA Healthcare, and Healthpeak Properties, Inc. to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Memorial Health Pooler Campus. The three-story, 67,000 SF facility will be the new home of Galen College of Nursing and will consolidate university physicians, primary care, and women’s care. Derek Weaver, Carson Croy, and CJ Johnson have been providing development services for the campus, which is expected to be completed in Fall 2025.
