In April, Johnson supported Wellstar Health System with the delivery of 12 new IMCU step-down beds at North Fulton Medical Center, including four specialized Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) beds equipped with advanced seizure monitoring technology.
Led by Stuart Schmidtke, Parhum Nankali, and Tim Gatto, our Project Management team provided full oversight of scope, budget, schedule, cost, and contractor coordination alongside HDR and DPR Construction. The work included significant enabling efforts, such as a loading dock expansion, new and expanded support spaces, and the relocation of 12 clinical and administrative departments—all completed while maintaining ongoing hospital operations.
