2025 Year in Review: December

In December, work began on Southeast Health Medical Center’s $81M emergency department and bed tower expansion in Dothan, Alabama. This four-phase project will add 22,693 SF to the emergency department, renovate 23,990 SF, and create two new patient floors with 52 beds—enhancing care for up to 75,000 visits annually.

Our team, led by Gary Wilkinson, Jr and Andrew Gilbert, is providing project management throughout the expansion, coordinating with Southeast Health, Robins & Morton, and GMC to keep the project on schedule and deliver a safe, modern, patient-centered environment. Completion is scheduled for 2028.
