In January, we began our engagement with Healthcare Systems of America to provide project management across multiple medical facilities in South Florida. As part of this capital improvements effort, Edward Aldag III, Shelli Wood, and Arthur Harrison Dunlap have served as the owner’s construction consultants—providing independent oversight, progress verification, and funding controls to help keep the project aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
