In March, Johnson’s Project Management team partnered with Baptist Health to support improvements across several Alabama healthcare facilities. Led by Andrew Gilbert, Carol Burnett, Kate Dickson, and Robert Keith, our team kept projects on schedule and within budget while coordinating with contractors, architects, suppliers, and the landlord to ensure every detail met the refreshed Baptist Health brand standards. They also safeguarded sensitive health data, ensured HIPAA and regulatory compliance, and leveraged HealthTrust procurement to source approved materials—helping deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare spaces.
