With more than 15 years of experience leading complex healthcare facility activations, Tina brings structure to complexity and aligns executive vision with frontline action to deliver seamless transitions during critical moves.
Her experience spans hospital relocations, multi-site activations, and national-scale programs, and her background as a registered nurse brings a deep understanding of clinical workflows, patient safety, and the realities of care delivery.
As Senior Transition Planner, Tina will work closely with our project teams, clients, and clinical stakeholders, guiding them through the high-stakes pivot from construction to operations and ensuring people, processes, and spaces are fully prepared to support care from Day One.
