We are excited to welcome Heather Hall to our team! Heather comes to Johnson from Cripe, where she served as Project Manager in the firm’s Healthcare Planning Department and primarily focused on medical equipment planning.
Heather’s background as a critical care nurse gives her a deep understanding of the perspectives and day-to-day needs of both healthcare providers and patients. Her additional experience with facility activation for Indiana University Health allows her to combine best care practices with Lean healthcare principles to both maximize efficiency and streamline workflow.
As Vice President of Transition Planning, Heather will lead our growing Project Management team’s efforts from Indianapolis, Indiana. She will be instrumental in collaborating between clinical, architectural, and project management groups to efficiently integrate the necessary technology, tools, and processes into new facilities nationwide. This allows us to provide better services so providers and patients are better equipped for success upon “Go Live.”
