Please help us welcome Shelli Wood to our Project Management team in Birmingham. Shelli comes to our team from a Birmingham-based property management company, where she served as both Assistant Operations Manager and Property Manager.
Shelli’s background in developing operational strategies, paired with her experience in facility maintenance management, budget forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration, brings a balanced and comprehensive perspective to our rapidly-growing team.
As Project Coordinator, Shelli will work closely with the rest of the Project Management team to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and within scope. She will also lead the firm’s Facility Assessment Program, overseeing both new developments and overall management of the service line.
