Analyst (Birmingham, AL)
Analyst
We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst based in Birmingham, AL to support the Asset Management team. This role is responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and operational support across the project lifecycle, including development, construction, and stabilized operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience—preferably in medical office—and a strong understanding of property accounting, financial reporting, and asset-level performance metrics. This position also works closely with Project Management, Development, Accounting, and external partners including lenders, trustees, and owners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain and update asset-level dashboards, including current debt information, quarterly NOI, valuation metrics, and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain Federal asset dashboard, tracking all lease amendments, change orders, tax/insurance/utility/CPI adjustments, and overall status from initiation through payment.
- Prepare and maintain daily cash report.
- Perform preliminary reviews of monthly financial packages, identifying variances and trends versus budget, prior periods, and underwriting.
- Assist with variance explanations and coordination with Accounting and Property Management teams.
- Review construction draw packages for accuracy, proper coding, and completeness prior to processing.
- Process monthly management fees and related reporting.
- Manage reimbursement requests with trustees and lenders, including tracking of tax, insurance, capital accounts, and reserves.
- Prepare and submit disbursement requests when appropriate and track funding status.
- Assist with ad hoc investor and lender reporting, including cash flow projections, capital funding analysis, and portfolio-level summaries.
- Support team in responding to investor, lender, and internal data requests.
- Assist with Project Management AR, billing and Deltek Vantagepoint reporting as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience; medical office and/or government lease experience preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to review and interpret property-level financial statements.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with financial models and reports.
- Prior Analyst or Property Accounting background a plus.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, Northspyre, Deltek Vantagepoint and Argus a plus.

Senior Project Manager
We are looking for multiple senior project management professionals with experience structuring and leading the design/construction of capital projects in the healthcare industry. This is a unique opportunity to grow with an industry-leading development and project management firm. Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior project leader with primary day-to-day responsibility to deliver projects on-time, on budget, and within scope across a wide range of property types including hospitals, surgery centers, medical offices, and others.
- Identify, negotiate, engage, and manage project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
- Facilitate engagement, communication, and decision-making of stakeholders, including user groups, client executives, and others.
