Ascension Seton Lamar Boulevard Medical Office Building

Ascension Seton (Seton), formerly known as The Seton Healthcare Family, is a faith-based nonprofit health care system founded in 1902 by the Daughters of Charity. The Lamar Boulevard Medical Office Building reflects Seton’s continued commitment to its flagship hospital campus in Austin. The MOB houses critical health system programs and services and provides clinical office space to key physician groups. Johnson was selected by Seton to serve as the developer, project manager, and property manager of this 102,000 square foot urban infill Project with accompanying structured parking garage on the campus of Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas.
