Memorial Health Children’s Medical Office Building

Memorial Health’s Dwaine and Cynthia Willett Children’s Hospital of Savannah is the only dedicated children’s hospital serving southeast Georgia and southern South Carolina. Its team of highly skilled physicians, specialists, and staff provides compassionate, comprehensive care for pediatric patients of all ages—from newborns to adolescents. Since its founding in 1992, the hospital has cared for thousands of children across more than 100 counties.

The new Medical Office Building (MOB) is located on the Memorial Health campus, adjacent to the Heart & Vascular Institute, and is designed to further enhance access to specialized pediatric care within the region. The four-story building houses pediatric oncology, hematology, endocrinology, imaging, and general surgery suites. The project was completed in 2024 on-schedule and under-budget. This building was awarded LEED certification due to multiple sustainability efforts, including using eco-friendly and locally sourced materials, material recycling, LED lighting systems, motion censored lighting, and skylights.
